FAQ: Venue Protocols

Iron Peak rules are established and enforced to help ensure guest safety while participating in activity at Iron Peak. 

No Smoking, Chewing Tobacco, E-Cigarettes/Vaping, Drugs

The health and wellness of our guests and athletes is our main priority at Iron Peak.  As such, Iron Peak is a smoke/vaping/drug-free venue.


No Outside Food or Drink, Tailgating, or Glass Containers

Food and drinks are available at outdoor concessions, the indoor Cafe, and the various vending machines located throughout Iron Peak. Tailgating is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, tents, coolers, umbrellas, and tables. Glass containers are not permitted on site.


Video/Streaming

No person may partake in streaming, or recording for the purpose of public consumption, events that take place at Iron Peak Sports & Events without the express written permission of the Iron Peak Management Team

Trash and Recycling

Please make sure you throw out trash or recyclables in the appropriate places around the facility.  If you are seen littering, you will be given a warning, and a second offense will result in a removal from the grounds.

Parking

Parking is permitted only in areas marked as parking spaces.  Vehicles illegally parked will be towed at the owner’s expense.  Handicap parking spaces are reserved only for vehicles that have proper handicap identification. All other vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.


Weather

Turf fields allow for play in inclement weather.  Iron Peak staff will have final say on the playability within weather conditions.  When thunder and lightning are present, athletes and spectators must clear the fields immediately, and seek shelter.  Fields will re-open 30 minutes after the last lightning strike.

 

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are located inside our facility.


Lost & Found

Iron Peak is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.  In order to recover lost items, please visit the front reception desk.  Lost items will only be retained by Iron Peak for a limited time.


Footwear

Sneakers, and turf shoes, are acceptable for outdoor fields and the indoor facility.  Iron Peak does not permit heeled shoes or metal studded cleats on turf fields.  Cleats are strongly discouraged inside the building.


Supervision of Children

Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian/coach at all times.


No Animals

No animals, with the exception of service animals, are permitted on site.


Medical Emergencies

In the event that a parent/guardian cannot be reached in an emergency, Iron Peak reserves the right to seek emergency care for the injured guest, including ambulance assistance or hospital care, as may be deemed necessary under the circumstances at that time.


Behavior

    • Conduct within the facility should be within the spirit of good sportsmanship at all times.
    • Any conduct, including abusive language, and/or gestures, racially insensitive remarks, damage to property or belongings, or any other conduct that reflects poorly on yourself or Iron Peak is deemed to be unacceptable and will not be tolerated.  This rule applies to all guests at all times when in or on the grounds of Iron Peak.
    • At no time shall spectators enter the fields or courts of play to speak with officials, coaches, or players.  Any spectators that violate this policy may be suspended from the facility (suspension time based on severity).
    • Team managers, directors, and event owners are responsible for ensuring that guests observe all Iron Peak rules, regulations, and policies. Iron Peak reserves the right to expel any guest from Iron property without refund for misconduct committed upon premises.


Code of Conduct (Coaches, Guests, Players, Spectators)

Iron Peak operates under a strict Code of Conduct. The purpose of the Code is to ensure that all those associated with Iron Peak treat each other with dignity and respect. The Code of Conduct is a condition of membership for all guests. All members of Iron Peak agree to abide by the Code of Conduct and to be subjected to the consequences of violating the Code. It is understood that by participating in any facility activity, that this Code of Conduct binds all guests and its validity as a matter of record and is not dependent upon physical signature. All enforcement decisions made by venue managers are final and are not subject to petition or review. No refunds will be granted to those guests that are dismissed from Iron Peak for violating the Code of Conduct.
