Safety Protocols & Forms
Iron Peak takes our campers health and safety very seriously. In order to provide the best level of care we ask all of our families to submit health forms before the start of camp so we know as much as possible about your campers health.
Forms can be downloaded below or competed during the registration process.
Our Program
With a venue as dynamic as Iron Peak, we are able to offer camp programs that are unique to the region. Climbing walls, high ropes, and a full size indoor dome mean that rainy days aren’t wasted! We have a variety of indoor activities for our campers that incorporate traditional rainy day camp activities and much more!

Camper Phone Policy
In an effort to cultivate the highest level of engagement with our bespoke programs, we ask parents to respect our NO PHONE policy. Campers are always allowed to call from camp using our on-site phones. We also bring an emergency contact list with us on every trip.
Refund Policy
12+ WEEKS OUT – 95% REFUND
9-11 WEEKS OUT – 75% REFUND
6-8 WEEKS OUT – 50% REFUND
4- 5 WEEKS OUT – 30% REFUND
MONTH OF CAMP – NO REFUND

Drop-Off/Check-In Procedure
Drop-Off starts promptly at 8:45am. Campers & Parents should come through Iron Peak’s main entrance an will be greeted by a Summer Camp Unit Leader or a member of the Management Team. iPads are available for virtual check-in on the left side of the front desk. Once checked-in, parent’s may fill out the lunch substitution form located next to the check-in area.
Once fully checked-in, campers are to report to the “green room” and deposit their belongings. They will then proceed to their groups designated meeting area inside the building accompanied by an Iron Peak Junior Counselor or C.I.T.
Pick-Up/Check-Out Procedure
All Iron Peak Campers may only be dismissed after being signed out. To sign a camper out, parents must check-out using the digital kiosks located on the left side of the front desk. Once checked-out, our staff will receive a notification and will send your camper to the front desk for release.
*If a camper must be picked up early for any reason, parents must check-in at the front desk. An Iron Peak Summer Camp Unit Leader or a member of the Management Team will locate your camper and have them brought to the front desk for release.*
Authorized Pick-Up Procedure
If someone other than the parents/guardians listed on the campers profile will be picking up your camper, please add them to our authorized pick-up list at the front desk by speaking to a staff member. All authorized pick-ups must be able to display a valid photo ID before campers are released.
*If there is no record of the authorized pick-up, Iron Peak must receive verbal confirmation from the parent(s) listed on the campers account before a a camper can be released.*
Week Switching
Iron Peak offers week switching at no additional cost while space is available. To request a week switch please reach out directly to the Summer Camp Management Team by calling (908) 648-3360 or emailing camps@ironpeakse.com.
Friend/Group Requests
Iron Peak accepted friend/group requests during out registration process. After these requests have been submitted our management team will work with our group and schedule to accommodate.
*Please be advised that requests for campers of different ages will be handled on a case by case basis. Typically to accommodate this request the older camper will be placed in a younger group to satisfy safety requirements.*
In Case of Emergency
In the event of an emergency or altercation involving your camper, the parent/guardian on file will be notified via phone. If the parent/guardian associated with the account is unavailable, Iron Peak staff will default to the listed emergency contact.
Field Trips/Guests Policies & Procedures
Field Trips are available for all Full Day and Half Day PM Campers. All external trips require a signed permission slip from a parent. Permission slips will be made available on the week of the trip. Permission slips are to be signed and returned no later than the Wednesday before the trip at pick-up.
Iron Peak uses First Student Charter for all external trips.
If your camper will not be joining us for a trip or would prefer to stay at camp for the duration of the trip Iron Peak can accommodate this request.
