Ninja Course elements offer athletes ages 8 and above and skill levels the opportunity to hone athletic skills and IQ outside the conventional sports landscape. This unique and extreme sport develops core strength, confidence, adaptation, perseverance, and bold competition, while enjoying an unparalleled experience of fun and intensity.

Ninja Classes
Mini Ninjas (Ages 6-7)
Turning our littlest kids into ninjas – one obstacle at a time
Welcome to Mini Ninja, our ninja youth development class.
Throughout this eight-week program, or ninjas in training will learn a variety of movement and life skills that will help get them interested in fitness. We’ve created a creative, fun, challenging environment within the CLIFFHANGER walls that helps boost confidence, improve discipline, and helps keep them moving at a level where they’re comfortable.
Our obstacles will keep kids moving – climbing, swinging, balancing, jumping, traversing, floor skills, speed, agility, and quickness.
Build up your PEAK skills, physical and mental– perseverance, endurance, accuracy, and kinetics.
Classes are each 45 minutes, starting at 5:00 PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Storm NINJA Essentials (AGES 8-9)
Focusing more on the course elements, this eight-week, hour long session class is designed to introduce children to the ninja life and fundamental skills of listening, inner strength, confidence, perseverance, and respect. This is accomplished via base skill progression focusing primarily on balance, flexibility, and coordination exercises and challenges. Progressing strength and agility attributes are tested for in our 14-obstacle custom ninja course including familiar favorites like Flying Squirrel, Spider Jump Wall, Spinning Wheels, Salmon Ladder, Swing and Net, and our 12 & 14 ft. Warped Walls!
Our obstacles will keep kids moving – climbing, swinging, balancing, jumping, traversing, floor skills, speed, agility, and quickness.
Build up your PEAK skills, physical and mental– perseverance, endurance, accuracy, and kinetics.
Classes are each one hour, starting at 6:00 PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Shadow NINJAS Essentials (AGES 10-12)
Our older ninjas get to experience the Iron Peak Ninja Course for all that it can be. Combining the developmental elements and fundamental skills that ninja has to offer- listening, inner strength, confidence, perseverance, and respect – this class adds more challenge to each ninja’s individual growth. We challenge our ninjas to climb higher, push harder, and test their own limits, all while promoting week-to-week progression and development.
Our obstacles will keep kids moving – climbing, swinging, balancing, jumping, traversing, floor skills, speed, agility, and quickness.
Build up your PEAK skills, physical and mental– perseverance, endurance, accuracy, and kinetics.
This class is designed for those that are new to ninja or are entering the age bracket for the first time.
Classes are each one hour, starting at 7:00 PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Elite Iron Ninja Masters
Designed for our experienced ninja youth, this eight-week, hour long session is designed to prepare them for competition-level challenges. A development class with a competitive edge, our ninjas will challenge both themselves and one another to complete obstacles, better their times, develop new skills, and work on their course completion skills.
Our obstacles will keep kids moving – climbing, swinging, balancing, jumping, traversing, floor skills, speed, agility, and quickness.
Build up your PEAK skills, physical and mental– perseverance, endurance, accuracy, and kinetics.
This class is designed for experienced ninjas or other highly competitive athletes with ninja experience.
Classes are each one hour, starting at 8:00 PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Our punch pass system provides customers with the option of attending sessions seamlessly and flexibly at the convenience of your schedule. If you don’t use all 6 on the first session, you can roll them over and use them in a future session**
