Introducing the Director of Sports Performance, Vance Matthews! Vance is a Rutgers football alumni where he played wide receiver. He was also a 2x winner of the Iron Knight Award, which is awarded to the hardest working individual who has shown growth in all aspects of the classroom, weight room and the field. For the past six years Vance has obtained mastery over fitness and programming, working with a variety of clientele inclusive of professional athletes, collegiate athletes, high school sports teams and individuals, and youth. 

Iron Peak Sports Performance is all about preparing athletes for the specific challenges that sports create. There will be a focus on: 
🏃🏻‍♂️ Speed & Agility
💥 Plyometrics
🤹 Coordination

While in training, your athlete will develop the skills necessary to REACH THE PEAK of their performance, all while improving the bodies resilience for injury prevention. Sprinting, cutting, and explosiveness will be put to the test during a game or practice, so why not improve all of your athletic ability before the games begin at Iron Peak Sports Performance!
