Sports performance
ICE Training is provided to youth and adults (ages 8 and up) in private, semi-private, and team training formats. All training takes place at our state-of-the-art venue using cutting edge equipment and methodology. Our professional and experienced trainers will work with athletes within two training models:
Our Sports Performance sessions will focus on building an athlete’s core, fine-tuning proper body mechanics and control, and injury prevention methods. Training includes exercises in SAQ (speed/agility/quickness), flexibility, balance, power, explosiveness, cutting, form, basic coordination, and conditioning.
Our Sports-Specific sessions will prepare your athlete to compete at a higher level and achieve maximum potential in their sport of choice. Training aims to find and enhance an athlete’s gifts and talents and expose and condition areas of improvement.
