Spring (ages 7-14):  TUESDAYS,  4/19 – 6/7 (NO SKIPS), classes start at 2pm

Units Include: Ninja & Aerial Ropes, Badminton, Flag Football, and Field Day Favorites

April 19, 26 ——2-3:30 *Safety Briefing* (Ninja & Ropes)
May 3, 10 ———— 2-3p (Badminton on the Iron Peak Courts)
May 17, 24 —— 2-3p (Flag Football unit in the Iron Peak Dome)
May 31, June 7 ———–2-3p (Field Day Favorites – Tug-o-War, Blob Tag, Sack Races, etc.. 2-3p in the Iron Peak Dome)

Single Unit program

Spring Session Unit: Basketball

Participants will focus on a rich FUNdamentals based curriculum featuring sport specific skills. Athletes will learn skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, offensive & defensive awareness, and off ball positioning as they journey through this exiting 8 week program. As well as teaching skills, our coaches strive to bring the “IRON VALUE” Initiative into all sessions.
